Glencrest Hills Community Meeting:

THIS MEETING HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FALL: Our police are not availble and our featured speaker had a conflict, so we decided we had better postpone this meeting until the fall. However, the police AND some elected officials will be attending our National Night Out, so come and ask questions! (see below!) July 14th at 10am at the LDS Church at 8525 Glenoaks Blvd off of Nettleton. We are locking down our speakers now. We will have the police there to address latest crime problems and answer questions. More details to come!

National Night Out:

August 7th at 6:00pm at the All Saints Evangelical Lutheran Church at 8040 Glenoaks off of Lanark. We will have food, games, a bounce house, a wonderful DJ (thanks Eddie Venegas!), prizes, and of course the Police (& I hope the fire fighters & some of their “trucks” from Fire Station 77!). We need volunteers and sponsors/donations! Contact me at susan@glencresthills.com if you can help! Possible donations: Door and Raffle prizes, game sponsorship, printing flyers sponsor. (you will NOT go unheralded!) From our Sun Valley Area Neighborhood Council we received some game prizes, 210 bottles of water (!), the popcorn kits & containers, & other much needed supplies. You guys ROCK!

Thanks to our wonderful steering committee for helping on these events: Angela who is producing NNO, Bobbi, Juliana, Laura, Terry, and Monica! We still need volunteers for the day of these events!
